The High Temperature Smoke, Fire Rating, Hot and Cold Air Flow Noise, Draughts, Traffic Noise and Energy Saving (Conceal Fixed) automatic drop door bottom seal with Intumescent rode Wrap with Non-Flammable Silicon rubber seal strip .The aluminium Carrier wall wrap with Intumescent Pad.  The spring mechanism to lift the seal tip clear of the floor as soon as the door panel is open by a few mm away from the door frame. Place the seal into 15mmW X 34mmD groove (groove cut by user) and screws fixed with S/S End Plate supplied. As drawing as show below.
It is operated automatically by spring pressure against the door jamb on its adjusting Brass knob, can be adjusted independently,

If used as a system in acoustic sealing, this self levelling seal has been shown to be an effective acoustic seal.
When contacted Fire the Non-Flammable Silicon Rubber Seal Strip will Melt off at Temperature +- 230oC, and Intumescent rode   expands rapidly up to 3 times original seal size upon contact with fire, the Intumescent rode concentrates high pressure in confined spaces, exfoliates genially to protect itself once activated, and it performance good insulation properties and stop flame burning though the room from the door bottom gap.
